Senior I team is back on for practice on July 3rd.
Our friends at UBAM have invited us to have a Senior I practice this coming Friday from 4:45-7:00pm at UB. I would like all of our Senior I swimmers to take advantage of this as we have a very big meet next weekend. |

Please check your entries for this meet and get back to Coach Rick asap for any changes. This meet will close quickly. I did not enter any swimmers that have 5 or more JO qualifying times. This is the last meet to qualify for JO's as well. |

Virtual Club Championship Rankings
Purpose: Recognize and highlight clubs that are developing athletes and achieving success at multiple levels in the club swimming continuum emphasizing the team element in club swimming. This program serves as a key part of the Athlete Development & Performance component of the Club Recognition Program.
